In the center of Thiseio, the most beautiful area on the foot of the Acropolis hill, stands out a 19th century building comprising three admirable apartments.
THE SPACE
This light and airy 50 sqm apartment is on the first floor of a listed building, dating from 1892, and can host up to 5 guests. An outdoor staircase with banisters of the 1920 leads to the apartment. The windows open into the patio, traditionally situated in the center of a house, the beautiful veranda with the ceramic floor, and the rare façade of other buildings in the neighborhood. A delightful and inviting apartment that harmonizes perfectly with its surroundings.
The apartment comprises three rooms and one bathroom. In the cool living room – dining area you will enjoy sitting on the comfortable modern sofa and at the table by the window. The bedroom with the double bed has been lovingly put together to create a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has been fully renovated & refurbished. All outdoor spaces are communal and to be enjoyed by all guests.
In this apartment, you will love the blend of modern minimal décor and antique furniture, like the fantastic, restored wardrobe. - Parties are not allowed. Some exceptions are made. Please contact us in written (we may have a great idea too).
- Quiet hours are from 3pm to 5.30pm and from 10pm to 7.30am every day of the year (state law).
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments, even close to an open window. You may smoke only by going outside of the apartment, on your private or shared terrace.

CANCELATION POLICIES
For regular (refundable) bookings you may cancel/alter up to 3 day before arrival for free! No cancellation fees apply.
Cancelling/altering a regular (refundable) booking within the period of 3 days before arrival (for instance if you arrive on the 20th of June and you cancel after 3pm of the 17th of June) a cancellation fee of 100% of the rent applies.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or altered in any given time after the booking is completed.
You may transfer your booking -regular or Non-refundable- at any time to a third person.
