In the center of Thiseio, the most beautiful area on the foot of the Acropolis hill, stands out a 19th century building comprising three admirable apartments.
THE SPACE
This well-laid-out apartment of 50 sqm is on the ground floor of a listed building, dating from 1892, and can host up to 5 guests. Two doors and three large windows open into the building’s patio, traditionally situated in the center of a house, which you can access at any time. The marble trough sink and the small tables in the patio create a Cycladic feel.
This apartment features three rooms and one bathroom. In the cool living room – dining area you will enjoy sitting on the comfortable modern sofa and at the table by the window. The bedroom with the double bed has been lovingly put together to create a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has been fully renovated & refurbished. All outdoor spaces are communal and to be enjoyed by all guests.
You’ll enjoy the simple and ingenious décor and the relaxing atmosphere of the rooms in this apartment. What stand out are the cement tiles on the floor with the patina of age as well as the art deco bronze and glass chandeliers which now light up your stay!

Choose to stay on the foot of the Acropolis hill in one of the architectural gems of the neighborhood, once home to a renowned bourgeois family. - Quiet hours are from 3pm to 5.30pm and from 10pm to 7.30am every day of the year (state law).
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments, even close to an open window. You may smoke only by going outside of the apartment, on your private or shared terrace.

CANCELATION POLICIES
For regular (refundable) bookings you may cancel/alter up to 3 day before arrival for free! No cancellation fees apply.
Cancelling/altering a regular (refundable) booking within the period of 3 days before arrival (for instance if you arrive on the 20th of June and you cancel after 3pm of the 17th of June) a cancellation fee of 100% of the rent applies.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or altered in any given time after the booking is completed.
You may transfer your booking -regular or Non-refundable- at any time to a third person.
