Check in /Arrival

Just after your booking we’ll contact you in order to arrange a smooth arrival day. All our apartments have lock-boxes with the keys inside. We’ll be in touch with you as soon as you book with us to explain how to get your codes. Self check-in is possible all day and night free of charge with entrance codes.
If you need to meet us (Host check-in) one of us will wait for you at the apartment’s entrance on the
appointed time with extra cost. We’ll show you the apartment, explain a few basic things about it and give you any information or advice you may need.

All our apartments are located in the city’s historic center. The easiest and
most convenient way to reach it is with one of our trusted drivers. They’ll pick
you up, help you with your luggage and drive you directly and with safety to
your apartment. If you want to use the public transportation the closest metro
stations are Monastiraki and Thiseio metro stations (depending on which
apartment you’re staying). The metro ticket from the airport costs €10.- per
person and the metro ticket from Piraeus port costs €1.40 per person. Tickets
are sold in any metro station.

The usual check in time is at 3pm and check out at 11am. Based on availability your apartment could be available earlier than 3pm. In this case we’ll be in contact to arrange an earlier check in for you.
Also based on availability we may extend your check out hour for 1 or 2 hours.

Upon arrival we’ll explain to you how to check out. In most cases it’s as
simple as “leave the key back in the lockbox and go”. In any case there is no
need for us to meet again on your departure day.
Unfortunately not. In some of our buildings you can store your luggage in the common areas and pick them up later with your entrance code. If you need lockers we can advice where to find them in the city center.
Yes we do! We will arrange any kind of private transportation you may need with one (or more) of our trusted drivers. After your booking is made we’ll be in contact with you so you may ask for your private transportation. We advise to let us arrange your transportation instead of picking taxis on the street. Unfortunately we have had several complaints from visitors that picked a random taxi (charged much more than usual, not driving directly to destination or even not reaching destination).

Area / archaeological sites

All of our apartments are located in very safe neighborhoods and away from any “dangerous” parts of Athens.
Most of our apartments are in quiet streets and neighborhoods. However, some of them have noisy weekends. Psyrri area is noisier than Thiseio.

If you’re staying in Thiseio apartments the closest super market is on Nileos street. If you stay in Psiri the closest super market is on Athinas street.

The opening hours are 9am to 9pm weekdays, 9am to 8pm Saturday and closed on Sunday. We can explain everything in detail at your check in.

All of our apartments are located super-central and within walking distance from all the major attractions of the city. You won’t need to take any transportation.
From April to October the main sites are open from 8am until sunset. We can provide more inform you in detail at your check in. The shops are open on Monday and Wednesday from 9am to 3pm. On Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 2pm and from 5.30pm to 9pm. Most of the commercial shops on Ermou street open from 9am to 5pm. The big shopping malls open from 9am to 9pm on weekdays and from 9am to 8pm on Saturdays. Sundays closed.

If you’re planning to also go to the islands or you’re coming to Athens after visiting a Greek island then we’d suggest staying central. Nothing can compare to the Greek Islands seaside!

In any case, the easiest way to reach the coast line of Athens is to take the tram from Syntagma square with direction towards Voula terminal station.

We provide 2 towels per person.
All the sleeping units (beds and sofabeds) will be prepared for you with freshly washed 100% cotton white bed linen.

All apartments (except #01) have either a washing machine in the apartment or laundry room in the building. Ask us for our laundry service. All apartments have their own iron and iron-board. Please keep in mind that the service takes 24h to complete.

All apartments are self-catered. In this respect, you have a fully equipped kitchen in your apartment to make your own meals if you wish. In your apartment you’ll find filter coffee and sugar.

Espresso coffee machine is available for the apartments at Thiseio.

We do not clean you apartment during your stay, but if you request it we can arrange that for you with a fee.
Yes, you can e-mail us with your boarding passes or any other special document you need. We’ll print them for you and slit them under your door. Please contact us at least 24 hours earlier to arrange.
We do not have our own private parking space but there are a couple of other parking places very close to your apartment. If you require more information please send us an email.
We’ll be more than happy to help you with your car rental inquiry. We collaborate with a couple of trusted rental car companies. We can arrange for the rental of a car and deliver it to your apartment door. For more information, please send us an email.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, paypal and bank transfers (easy through a payment link). If you prefer a more traditional payment method you can still pay by cash at check in.
All of our apartments have air-conditioning units in the living room and the bedrooms.
We specially equip our apartments with everything you might need to make you feel at home. We provide clean towels and linens, appliances, dishes and cookware, all in good working order. The contents of each apartment are listed on their webpage. Our apartments generally include refrigerator/freezers, ovens, stoves, microwaves, irons and ironing boards, drying racks, toasters, coffee makers, kettles, televisions and hairdryers.
It is not permitted to smoke inside the apartments. If you are a smoker you can choose an apartment with balcony or a building with shared terrace to smoke outside.
If you’re travelling with young or elderly guests, it is important to make sure any accessibility needs are discussed with us first before you book. Most of the apartments have access to a lift but some don’t. Apartments #10, #11 and #14 don’t have a lift.
Pets are allowed inside the apartments. However, you can make a request and we see the most suitable apartment option for you and your pet. Extra charges may apply for the cleaning.
Our apartments are rented for short term leases and mid to long term leases. Please contact us to get your special offer.
Yes. We have cots available on request free of charge. Please let us know if you require one when you make your booking.
Most of the apartments have a safety box. Check the amenities of the apartment you’re interested at the apartment’s page.
Most of our apartments are feather free. Apartments #10 and #11 though have feathers in the sofa pillows. If you have an allergy of this kind, please choose a different apartment.

Terms & conditions

There are different cancellation policies depending on the rent price. For the refundable price there is no cancellation fee applied up to 3 days prior to your arrival. For the non- refundable price the cancellation fee is 100% of the rent.

Choosing an apartment allows you to experience the city like the locals do. It is a great way to save money. Hotels in Athens are generally small and expensive. An apartment also gives you the option to dine in and entertain family and guests.

Yes. The rental price includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, internet and council tax), towels, linens, soap and basic household supplies. Choosing an apartment gives you plenty of space –multiple bedrooms, sitting rooms, living areas and, in some cases, access to patios and private gardens. We also offer free fast internet wifi in all of our apartments and provide you with local restaurant recommendations and ideas for things to do during your stay in Athens.

We recommend that you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Our apartments can be booked up to a year in advance.

Our minimum stay is 2 nights. We do make exceptions in some cases. Please contact us for more information if you need 1-day stay only.
