With the completed booking procedure through our booking page https://book.hoteliga.com/liveinathens the Client gets a valid booking with Live in Athens, short stay apartments.
In refundable bookings 100% of total cost has to be paid on arrival.
In NON-refundable bookings 100% of total rent has to be paid through the booking procedure.

3. Cancellation and rebooking
3.1 Cancellation by the Client
In refundable bookings the Client can cancel the booking prior to the arrival date. The cancellation has to be done in written form.
The cancelation fees varies as follows:
– up to 7 days prior to the arrival date, 0% of the total rental fees
– for cancellation or change later than 7 days prior to the arrival date, or non-show, 100% of the total rental fees.
In NON-refundable bookings canceling or altering is not available.
3.2 Rebooking in favor of a third party The Client can transfer the booking at any time to third party. The Client and the third party will be liable for the rental cost as a joint debtor.
4. Check in & Check out
4.1. The Official check-in time is 3pm (15:00) and the official check-out time is 11am (11:00). These hours are flexible depending on the previous’ and next day availability.
4.2. Check-in is free of charge and is only accepted upon appointment that should be clearly mentioned in this booking form. Providing flight code and arrival time at the airport or Ferry Name and arrival time at the port are the most convenient ways to arrange a more accurate check in time. Any other ways of reaching the apartment should be clearly mentioned.
4.3. In case the Client does not provide the information requested about the check-in time and/or does not arrange an appointment for the check-in with Live in Athens, the booking will be marked as a “non-show booking” at 10pm (22:00) of the same day. All corresponded fees will apply.
4.4. Check out time should be clearly mentioned in this booking form. If not clarified by the time this booking form is send then it should be clarified on arrival.
4.5. On check out, the tenant is responsible to leave the apartment according to the followings:
– Cleaning criteria (paragraph 7).
– Close all the windows.
– Turn off the water boiler, the air conditioning, heating radiators and the water tubes.
– Pull the door close behind him/her when leaving the apartment.
Other than for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Live in Athens, the liability to the Client is limited
to the price of the booking. Unless Live in Athens is liable under the above clause, the Client indemnifies Live in
Athens from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from the
booking, event or function, the Client, guests or any outside contractors of the Client. Live in Athens will not be liable
for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control. Clients are
responsible for any damage caused to the allocated apartment, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any
act, omission, default or neglect of the Clients, their guests or sub-contractors and will pay to Live in Athens on
demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
6. Dogs and other Pets
Pets are not accepted.
The basic cleaning has to be done by the Client. This includes the cleaning of the kitchen equipment and objects
of utility as well as to empty the garbage cans. The final cleaning will be done by Live in Athens. The cost of the final cleaning is included at rental offer. In case that the tenant does not deliver the apartment according to the above mentioned cleaning criteria, extra charges may apply that will be retrieved from the “noise and damage deposit” (see paragraph 8.1).
8. Noise Prevention House Rules
Each tenant is responsible for ensuring that avoidable noise in the apartment, in the house, the yard and the property does not occur. Volume of radios, TV, CD player and so on, have to be put down to reasonable levels which do not disturb other neighbors. Special consideration is the time from 15.00 to 17.30 and in between 22.00 and 07.30 in the night rest time. To secure that, a “noise and damage deposit” applies in all bookings. The amount of “noise and damage deposit” is 150.00 EUR. It is payable at the time of check-in, in cash and it is refunded at the check-out time after the proper delivery of the apartment from the Client.
9. Use of the apartment and Live in Athens premises
9.1. The Client shall use the premises for residential purposes only and for no other purpose without Landlord’s prior written consent. It is prohibited to use the apartments and all Live in Athens premises as a place for gambling, brothel, club or any other illegal occupations, actions and activities.
9.2. Parties are not allowed.
10. Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction
Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is under the exclusive authority of the Courts of Athens, and the appropriate applicable Greek Law.
